- You will receive an update once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We ship to selected countries only.
- Shipping times vary by destination.
- For each product, you will find a shipping table on the product page showing the estimated processing and delivery times for available countries.
- Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.
3. Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be available in your Order Page on our website.
- You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment until delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
- Any applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.
5. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to selected countries only.
- Eligible destinations and estimated delivery times are shown in the shipping table on each product page and also confirmed during checkout.
- If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot ship there at this time.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in your country.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand what costs might apply.
- DIY Imdadhub and our supplier(s) declare the order value honestly in customs documents as required by law. We do not under-declare to reduce customs fees.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, peak seasons, or delays caused by local postal services.
