Thank you for shopping at DIY Imdadhub. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate through dropshipping, our refund and return rules follow our supplier’s terms. To make things smooth and fair, please review the following carefully.


1. When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Your order was lost in transit and never arrived.
  • The product is significantly different from the description.

2. Reporting Timeframes

To ensure we can help you quickly, please report any issue within these time limits:

  • Electronics (e.g., DIY kits): within 6 days of receiving the item.
  • Non-electronic products: within 2 days of receiving the item.

Requests made after these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


3. Orders Not Received

If you did not receive your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The tracking shows no delivery within the estimated timeframe (typically 15–45 days depending on country and shipping method).
  • You reported the issue to us within 30 days after the maximum estimated delivery date.
  • The shipping address you provided was correct and complete.

Not Eligible:

  • If the tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it (possible theft or local postal issue).
  • If the order was refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

4. When Refunds/Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot issue a refund or accept a return in these situations:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Items used or not in original condition (unless the issue is a defect).
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact us at diy_connect@imdadhub.com with your order number.
  2. Provide a clear description of the issue. If applicable, include photos or video evidence.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps (refund or replacement).

6. Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover reasonable return shipping (or may waive the return and issue a refund directly).
  • If the return is due to personal preference or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Stripe).
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

8. Return Window

If a physical return is required, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. Items returned after this period may not qualify for a refund.
